Ordering

How far in advance should I place my order?

Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance to allow adequate time for material collection, arrangement creation, and delivery. For large events or weddings, we recommend reaching out 2-4 weeks ahead.

Can I request specific flowers?

Absolutely! We welcome specific requests. However, please note that availability depends on the season. We'll always communicate with you if substitutions are needed and suggest beautiful alternatives.

How do I place an order?

Simply visit our checkout page, select your bouquet size and any add-ons, choose pickup or delivery, and complete your payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

Delivery

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve the DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area. Our home base is in Herndon, VA.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is complimentary for addresses within 30 minutes of Herndon. For addresses farther away, a delivery fee of $15+ applies, scaling based on distance.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1 PM. A $25 rush fee applies to same-day orders.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes, pickup is available from our Herndon location. Simply select pickup when placing your order and we'll coordinate a convenient time.

Pricing & Payment

What do your arrangements cost?

Our arrangements start at $75 for Petite, $105 for Signature, and $165 for Grandeur. For specific flowers, luxury blooms, or a fully customized design, our Custom Floral Design service starts at $200. Presentation options like vases and baskets are available for an additional fee, and custom quotes are provided for weddings and large events.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our secure online checkout. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

Are prices fixed or do they vary?

While our base prices provide a starting point, final pricing depends on seasonal availability and specific bloom selections. We'll always confirm the final price before beginning your order.

Care & Policies

How do I care for my arrangement?

Keep your arrangement in a cool location away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Change the water every 2-3 days and trim the stems at an angle. Remove any wilting flowers to help the others last longer.

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Changes to orders are accommodated when possible based on availability.

Do you offer refunds?

If you're not satisfied with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll work with you to make it right, whether through a replacement or refund.
